Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal from the extension or by contacting anuragpandey5958@gmail.com. A cycle-end cancellation keeps access until the current paid period ends and prevents the next renewal.

Refund requests

Request a refund within seven days of the first charge by emailing anuragpandey5958@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment identifier and purchase email. Refund eligibility may be declined where substantial export usage occurred, fraud or policy abuse is detected, or applicable law permits refusal. Renewals are normally non-refundable after the new period begins except where required by law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact support promptly. Confirmed duplicate charges or payments taken after a properly completed cancellation will be refunded.

Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted through Razorpay. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and bank.
